Refund Policy
At UNITEN, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase of boxing gear, apparel, accessories, and services. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
Refunds are not applicable on customized or personalized items, gift cards, or downloadable products.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept refund requests for:
Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear.
Items returned without prior authorization.
Clearance or sale items marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@uniten.in or call 7217461734 with your order details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the refund is approved for a non-defective product, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
In case of a wrong or defective item sent by us, we will bear the return shipping costs.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos or videos showing the defect/damage.
We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case.
6. Services & Training Packages
Refunds for services or training sessions are only available if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
No refunds will be issued for missed or partially used packages.
